The automatic ironer of the “MAGIK” series is a self-drying ironing machine with ironing belts/bands, equipped with an
integrated longitudinal folding, cross folding, and stacking system. It ensures maximum reliability in terms of performance and
quality of ironing and folding in the industrial and professional laundry sector. The ironing system with Nomex belts/bands,
resistant to high temperatures, allows adjustment of the ironing temperature. The ironing roller is available with a diameter of
600, 800, or 1000 mm, and a working width of 2600 or 3300 mm. The Magik series ironers with integrated longitudinal folding
system are highly versatile due to a wide range of accessories, allowing the machine to be configured according to specific
customer requirements. Available with gas, steam, or electric heating
The folding system is as follows:
• On 1 working lane (for large items such as sheets): 1–2 longitudinal folds and 1–2–3 cross folds.
• On 2 working lanes (for medium items such as tablecloths or overlays): 1–2 longitudinal folds and 1–2 cross folds.
• On 4 working lanes (for small items such as napkins): no folding, with front discharge (standard) or rear discharge (optional
rear exit and bypass).
